If you are experiencing persistent issues with the Innerva Connect Hub, please complete our online form with as much information as possible.
- How do I set up additional users (staff members) on the Innerva Connect Operator App?
New users can be set up when you are logged in to the operator application, via the ‘users’ section’.
- Can I add new information to the Innerva Connect application for my centre?
The only area within the Innerva Connect application that can be added to by operators (with an operator account) is the ‘Help & Information’. We advise that any information added relates to the membership or service being offered or another area of the business that might be of interest to the members of the power-assisted exercise suite.
- Where can I add, edit or delete users?
You can add, edit or delete users by clicking on the ‘Users’ button. Please note, that if you DELETE a user, you will lose all the data and history associated with that member.
