- What is the Innerva web application?
For End Users the Innerva application provides quick and easy sign-in and tracks activity and progress over time.
- Do I need to have a smart phone to use the application?
No, you do not have to have a smart phone. The web application can be accessed from a laptop, desktop or tablet as well as a smartphone.
- Do I have to have an email address to register for the application?
Yes, you must have an email address to use the application. If you do not have one, a member of the team at your local centre may be able to assist you in setting one up.
- Is the app free to use?
Yes, the application is free to use for users at any site where the full Innerva Connect system is available.
- Which devices and operating systems are supported?
All well known operating systems (and web browsers) are supported including Windows, Android, IOS and Mac OS.
- How do I download and install the app?
To download and install the web application visit app.innerva.com and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Do I need an account to use the app?
Yes. You must create an account to enable you to use the web application. You can do this by visiting app.innerva.com and select ‘sign-up here’.

- How do I create an account?
Visit app.innerva.com and select ‘sign-up here’. Complete your details and follow the on-screen instructions.
- How do I reset my password?
Visit app.innerva.com or open the application on your mobile device or computer and select ‘forgotten password?’ and follow the instructions.
- Can I change my username or email address?
You can change your name, but you cannot change your email address. To change your registered email address, please speak to a member of the team at your local centre and they will be able to assist you.
- How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account at any time by signing into the application and selecting the cog/gear button next to your profile image. Select ‘edit account’ and then choose ‘delete account’.
- How do I update my profile information?
You can update your profile information by signing into the application and selecting the cog/gear button next to your profile image. Select ‘edit account’, make the required changes and select ‘save details’.

- Where can I find a tutorial or user guide?

- How do I save my progress or data?
The web application automatically saves your activity data (over time) as long as you have signed in to your sessions in-centre.

- The app is crashing or not working properly. What should I do?
If you are having issues with the Innerva web application, please speak to a member of the team at your local centre. If they are unable to resolve your issues. They will contact Innerva to investigate.
- I can’t log in to my account. What should I do?
If you are having issues with the Innerva web application, please speak to a member of the team at your local centre. You could also try resetting your password. If they are unable to resolve your issues. They will contact Innerva to investigate.
- I deleted my account my data. Can I recover it?
Once an account is deleted a person’s data cannot be recovered.
